Bought a Townhouse home in 2022 in San Francisco, CA.
My partner and I were first time homebuyers and Joel and Stacy could not have been a better team for us. They were incredibly responsive, made sure that we really understood all aspects of the process, and were also extremely patient and supportive when it came to finding the perfect place for us. Joel's experience as a contractor was a huge perk and allowed us to immediately assess potential total costs for improvements at listings we saw, as well as catching some red flags with properties we wouldn't have known (which is huge in a market where waiving contingencies is the norm). Stacy's communication and general expertise were equally impressive and she was multiple steps ahead on any questions or needs we had. When we found the place that felt right, Joel and Stacy negotiated with the sellers to get our offer accepted preemptively and we were able to close in 21 days (without even trying to!). All in all, I would gladly recommend Joel and Stacy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Bay Area and will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you again, Joel and Stacy!

Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in Brisbane, CA.
Joel D and Stacy H helped us purchase a house in Brisbane recently. We visited the property on Dec 1, 2021, made an offer on Dec 2, and got a call from Joel and Stacy the next day telling us that we got the house! We couldn’t believe it… what had just happened, while we were still digesting our very 1st house visit. We were blown away by their capability to find and secure the opportunity for us so quickly! Joel and Stacy know the local market very well. Joel is a master negotiator for real estate transaction. Stacy follows up diligently every step during the purchase process to make sure a successful closing. Their service is above and beyond the closing day. We plan to do remodeling of the house. Stacy offers to meet with the design person for measurements since we’re not local. If you’re looking to buy or sell, we highly recommend contacting them.
